OEM usage
To make the software as accessible as possible, and make the licensing as simple as possible, IDRsolutions offers OEM licenses for a single named product. This provides unlimited usage for a single named product (including 12 months of email support for a named developer and all updates while a valid support contract is held) for an introductory price of 8,950 US dollars.

Upgrading
Users with a site license and a valid support contract can upgrade for the price difference.
Continuing usage and support
After 12 months, clients are offered the chance to renew their support for another 12 months (generally for a fee of 15% of the license fee).
If you choose not to renew your support contract, you can continue to use the software (and it will continue to operate). You will just not receive any new versions or support. There are no nasty surprises, such as the software reverting to demo mode.
Payment options
IDRsolutions are happy to take purchase orders, and payment can be organized via bank transfer. Credit card sales using VISA or Mastercard can be organized through our office - one of our sales team will provide you with any assistance you need.
Site Licenses
JPedal can both be purchased electronically via our online shop or from us directly via PO/cheque.
This page is aimed at customers who wish to use JPedal internally within their organisations. All the products listed on this page can be purchased electronically via our online shop.
If you are looking to include JPedal within your product for external use or require a large number of sites, you should look at OEM licensing options.
Our prices are quoted in US dollars - to find out how much this is in another currency, please click here for the latest rates. We can bill in US dollars, Euros, Pounds sterling or Australian dollars by arrangement and are happy to provide a quotation in these currencies upon request.
For UK customers we are required to add VAT to all prices and for customers in the EU, a valid VAT number is needed or we will have to add VAT as well.

*This covers the location where the software is being physically being run. It does not include the software being stored in a central location and run from machines at other locations.

Refunds
We are happy to give a 30 day money-back-guarantee on our products. There are also demonstration versions of all our products which we recommend are downloaded before purchasing, to determine if the software covers your needs.
Support
IDRsolutions provides commercial support via email to all commmercial customers with valid support contracts and can be purchased via the online shop or directly. Other options are available via arrangement.
There is also a support website with a support forum for questions and lots or resources.
